🤍 Are you team "winter and blanket" or "summer and sun"?
❄️ Do you have a favorite winter book you keep coming back to?
Miraculous Winter is a gentle, almost poetic story about nature, silence, and closeness to one another.
The illustrations are absolutely magical – pastel colors, the warm light of the setting sun, snowy forests, and little animals captured with such tenderness that you feel as if you're standing right among them. Every double-page spread feels like a painting and is utterly inviting to be framed.
The story is peaceful, but it has a lot to say. It speaks of belonging, of how even in winter – when everything seems quiet and cold – there can be warmth, hope, and friendship.
You won't get an action-packed fairy tale, but what the book gives you is a kind caress. And that's what's strongest about it.
Winter isn't usually such a favorite season, but this book really makes me want to go out into the woods and quietly observe my surroundings. As soon as I can, I'm heading out and I can't wait.
You'll enjoy it both with your little ones and on your own.
Honestly? This is a book I'll happily return to, snuggled up in a blanket with tea in hand, and I'm already looking forward to it. 💛
