I've always enjoyed horror short stories because I like getting scared and with short stories I get countless scares plus various plots.
Born in Horror and Blood is a well-done anthology. Not all the stories worked for me but as a whole I'm satisfied. With some I felt they either needed more time or the option to be extended, and with some I was a little confused and I guess I didn't quite understand them, so if I had the chance I'd jump at cross-examining some of the authors to give me more information.
Among the stories, I'd like to highlight Rain by @vnimatkrasu which I liked so much that it inspired me to create a reel.
Another gem for me was the story Brains, during which I literally felt sick, so I applaud, it's been a while since something could make me feel physically ill. But don't get me wrong, the story is truly excellent.
The story Embalmer also pleasantly surprised me, the same with Little Village Below the Mountains or The TV Psychic with its surprising ending.
If you like horror short stories, that nice creeping, oppressive atmosphere, then dive into reading.
And huge applause for the absolutely gorgeous cover. It's truly magnificent.
