Three Shadows caught my attention with its synopsis and I became curious why a father with his little son leaves home and flees from the shadows.
I was surprised by what a powerful and touching story awaited me. It's one of those tales that is capable of touching you deeply. It will stay in my memory for a long time.
The family lives happily until three shadows appear on the horizon, slowly approaching and waiting. At the beginning it was almost scary and unsettling, when the reader feels fear of the unknown, having no idea what the three shadows are, but after their identity is revealed, a very emotional ride begins — adventurous, fairy-tale-like, sad and touching. At times I had tears in my eyes while reading, the story moved me a lot. The beautiful artwork enhances the storytelling. I believe you'll like it just as much as I did.
