The book is very short with beautiful illustrations by Chris Riddell.
Even though it's short, the story resonates within you long after reading it.
A story with a twist, several fairy tales we know, in a new original guise.
A bit dark, magical, touching, at times almost horror-like, and that surprise when you realize who the queen actually is. As for the ending, it's simply awesome❤️
