I've loved fairy tales since I was little, I always looked forward to them before bed and now I've come across this literary treasure from 1979
Andersen is one of my favorite authors, although many of his tales still bring tears to my eyes, like my beloved The Little Match Girl.
In this collection of fairy tales, besides the ones familiar to me, there are also a number of unknown ones that I read for the first time. The book is interspersed with beautiful illustrations ❤️
The Snow Queen, which proudly takes first place, is followed by The Shepherdess and the Chimney Sweep, and for me a completely new one, The Snowman.
The already mentioned Little Match Girl, my much-loved Ugly Duckling and The Steadfast Tin Soldier, with which not a single handkerchief stays dry in my case either.
I have nothing left but to give a great warm recommendation, not just for small but also for grown-up readers.
