Come Closer is a great piece with an absolutely terrible cover.
Considering the book doesn't contain tons of pages, the author managed to build a truly suspenseful and gradually quite dark story.
The book hooked me from the beginning and I was completely drawn into the plot and had a great time.
The explanation is up to the reader, because there is quite a lot of room for imagination as to whether the main heroine is possessed or suffering from a derangement of mind. I must say that some passages end in a way that leaves you staring with your mouth wide open, wondering what just happened!?! I really enjoyed watching where and into what situations the main heroine gets herself, and believe me, at certain moments my blood ran cold.
