I had an absolutely great time, it was gross, at times disgustingly twisted, and it even touched on my nightmare, which is harming animals. Did I manage to read it down to the very last letter? You bet🤣
I don't understand how it's possible that this gross perfection only reached me now.
I'd rather not reveal too much so you don't miss out on the best parts, I didn't look anything up about the book either and it was ideal.

Apart from the really hefty disgusting scenes, the book is built heavily on the characters, which are five children and their leader, who are on a scout trip on a remote island, and they have an unwanted visit from a stranger who changes their lives, completely and quite fatally.

The atmosphere could be cut with a knife, the beginning is already unpleasant but gradually, as it literally becomes about survival, the atmosphere thickens and you tell yourself that this can't end well.
Five children in the game against the enemy but also against each other, because not every character in this story is good, even if it's a child.

This won't be for sensitive individuals, but step right up those of you who like to be scared because this is something😍
