My first comic book encounter with Hellboy, so far I had only seen the movies.
A story that captivated me not only with its amazing artwork but also with its connection to Pinocchio, and I really enjoyed it.
A great advantage for those who, like me, haven't read Hellboy yet - The Midnight Circus stands alone, outside the series - thanks to that, you don't need to know the previous comics.
The comic doesn't lack a beautifully mysterious, powerful atmosphere.
