Wow, in one word wow. I'm absolutely thrilled with the book, I had no idea it would get to me like this.
I really like the author's writing style, the book has dynamics, is readable and that story, it got me.
Once again I didn't read the blurb, when I spotted the cover months ago, it caught my eye and a thriller with such a title, I simply had to read it.
But this isn't just a classic thriller at all, the book is one huge moving ride, it got completely under my skin.
At the beginning I wondered whether the book would surprise me and I got a really huge pile of surprises.
Several times I had tears in my eyes, by the end I was crying like a turtle. The reader easily gets into the story and experiences it with the main characters.
You don't just get a thriller but also a novel, a family drama. Written so engagingly that the book becomes almost impossible to put down.
I won't reveal anything, this was a great surprise and I'll gladly read more of the author's books.
