Frankenstein is one of my favorite monsters and I really enjoyed Ito's portrayal.
I was very curious how this well-known character would make it into a manga, and the result is great.
Besides Frankenstein, the manga includes this story about Oshikiri, who is a high school student and lives in a strange old mansion that is quite scary in itself and even connects to a parallel world.
In his stories we can read about doppelgängers who don't always have good intentions or are trying to hide something/someone.
I really liked the story about children who turn into dolls, it gave me serious goosebumps.
Once again we have a good dose of body horror here. And as a bonus, at the end of the manga there is also a short story about Ito's dog Non-Non.
