I've loved King since childhood, when I got my hands on It and gradually various of his short stories and books. His storytelling style suits me and I usually thoroughly enjoy his books. This was, of course, no exception. This time he got under my skin perhaps even more than usual, I didn't want the book to end and the last short story completely broke me.
It was great, touching, dark and absolutely phenomenal.
I enjoyed them all, I often had tears in my eyes. They are stories from life, about life, about aging and old age and passing away, about memories, about love and family and friendship.
Incredible character portrayal, a plot that will make you bite your nails with suspense and you won't want to put this collection of short stories down.
