I personally love the Agent Pendergast series and this is one of my favorite installments.
The book entertained me from start to finish, I wasn't bored for a moment and found it hard to put down.
It's readable and well-written. The perfect setting, gloomy atmosphere β all of it beautifully draws you into the story.
I can warmly recommend it.
