When I got the book in my hands at the library, I didn't read the blurb and let myself be surprised.
Originally I thought it was a detective story but soon I found out it's an urban fantasy with elements of detective fiction and horror.
Since this is the first part of a series, we are only getting to know the characters. We meet mythical magical characters who are set in the present.
The book was a good read, it has pace and the ending got me excited for the continuation.
I hope more parts will be released, I would really love to read them.
